Our core team does not provide deep-dive consultation in donor development, donor engagement, marketing and communications, human resources, therapeutic/clinical or other victim services. However, all of these subjects can be addressed through our extended network of collaborators and partners who we are proud to promote. We do not determine their rates or negotiate their contracts, we simply make the connection and let you take it from there. But, trust us, you’re in good hands - we only work with the best!

Yes and No. We never want you to feel trapped into an agreement that isn’t working for you, which is why we always establish clear expectations, a timeline, and a mutually agreed payment schedule. While we would hate to end a contract prematurely or lose your business, we understand that many factors influence a contractual agreement. Our formula ensures we are compensated fairly and your resources are also protected so that both parties can move forward in agreement. Essentially, we are paid for work completed up until the point it ends and you are not expected to be on the hook for work left undone.

Absolutely! Most of our clients have limited budgets which is why we offer various pricing structures and a non-profit discount with hourly or daily rates. Yes! We donate up to 20% of our time to support international non-profits and individuals with lived experience (survivors of all forms of violence, exploitation, and trafficking) who are training, consulting, or launching small businesses. We are currently at capacity for pro bono projects, but always happy to point you in the direction of key resources that may help advance your knowledge or help you navigate challenges on various topics.
