The Human Trafficking Awareness and Action Symposium is hosted by Northern Colorado University Center for Ethics and Human Rights in collaboration with FYN Global, a consulting and event planning business. Attendees choose from three tracks according to their interest at varying ticket prices.
The Greater Rockies Immersive Training on Exploitation and Trafficking (GRIT)
The Greater Rockies Immersive Training on Exploitation and Trafficking (GRIT) is designed, developed, and hosted by FYN Global and Uprising, a Wyoming-based anti-trafficking nonprofit. By fusing together the latest research, trends, and field expertise coupled with innovative immersion training, GRIT aims to cultivate sustainable change in how criminal justice systems throughout the Rocky Mountain region react to, investigate, and prosecute exploitation-based crimes. GRIT accomplishes this by using a hands-on multidisciplinary training approach to increase critical competencies, enhance cross-discipline collaboration, and build confidence.
2026 Virginia Biological Farming Conference
The annual Virginia Biological Farming Conference brings together farmers, gardeners, consumers, educators, industry professionals, and advocates of sustainable, regenerative, biological, and organic agriculture from across the east coast for three days of education, networking, and fun. It is the region’s premier training event for farmers and agricultural businesses. FYN Global is proud to be the event coordinator.

Beyond Services: Successful Agency-Survivor Partnerships (free/virtual)
Many anti-trafficking organizations aim to empower survivors, but what does it look like to engage survivors as clients, partners, employees, and board members? This workshop explores best practices for hiring, employing, and working alongside survivors, including those who have graduated from your programs. We will discuss ethical considerations, common challenges, and strategies for creating meaningful, sustainable roles that support both professional and personal growth. Through real-world examples and interactive discussion, participants will gain practical tools to foster survivor leadership while maintaining a healthy and effective workplace. 2024 International Conference on Violence against Men and Boys
The 2024 International Conference on Violence against Men and Boys is a groundbreaking educational and capacity-building event designed to address the often-overlooked issue of violence against men and boys. This transformative public health intervention is an initiative designed, developed, hosted and supported by a diverse 20-member volunteer Steering Committee curated by Giantslayer that includes survivors, allies, and leaders from across the globe. FYN Global is a member of the steering committee and an in-kind sponsor for this event.
